Use of Tracy Draw

Tracy Draw is an AI drawing SaaS product for creative, editorial, and production workflows. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and must not submit prompts, reference images, or instructions that violate applicable laws, infringe rights, or abuse the service.

Generated content

Generated outputs depend on your prompts, reference materials, model behavior, and product settings. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before using them in public, commercial, or sensitive contexts.

Credits and failed tasks

Tracy Draw may consume credits when you submit generation tasks. If a task fails before completion and the backend records the failed job, credits are returned automatically when the workflow supports the refund.

Account and service changes

We may update product features, generation settings, credit behavior, safety limits, or service availability as Tracy Draw evolves. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when an account abuses the service or creates operational risk.
