Credit rules

Tracy Draw currently uses a fixed 600 credits for one generated image. Plans only change included credits and effective unit price; they do not change generation quality, available features, or refund behavior.

Plan creditsChoose a plan to receive credits, then submit image generation tasks at the current generation price.
Failure refundIf a backend-recorded generation fails before completion, the consumed credits are returned automatically.
Ledger visibleSigned-in users can review balance changes, generation deductions, refunds, and account adjustments.

This page currently shows the trial plan and monthly plans. Future automatic credit delivery, order lookup, or invoice support will be documented here.

Failed generations

If a generation task fails before completion and the backend records the failed job, Tracy Draw returns the consumed credits automatically. You can review credit changes in your account credit ledger after signing in.

For payment, credit balance, refund, or billing questions, email support@leolovetracy.com with your account email, transaction time, and a short description of the issue. The typical response time is within 1-2 business days.
